For me, one of the things I love most about Spring are all the beautiful flowers that come to bloom. After long, cold winters there’s nothing better than seeing the bright shades of pink, blue, yellow, orange, and many, many more.
A few weeks ago I went to my local Farmer’s Market to see if they had any nice flowers that I could plant in a few pots on my back patio. Not only were there tons of flowers, I found numerous vegetable plants and herbs. Needless to say, I walked away with an arm full of goods. This morning when I looked outside and saw how beautiful the dahlia’s I had planted looked, I wanted to share with all.
Besides being gorgeous, they’re incredibly easy to care for. Here are a few tips:
~Lots of sunlight
~Water 2-3 times a week
The next time you’re at the Farmer’s Market, or your local Home & Garden Center, pick up some Dahlia’s to pant – they’re a great way to bring some color to you home and office.
