Pinterest has struck again. These cookies are amazing with a capital A.

- 6 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 Oreo cookies, broken into small pieces
Directions:
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

-
Add egg and vanilla, beat until well mixed
-
In a separate, medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ones
-
Little, by little, add in the Oreo pieces

Scoop the dough onto an ungreased cookies sheet a few inches apart
-
Bake about 10 minutes
You mixed my favorite ice cream flavor with my favorite cookie. *sighs*
That’s exactly what I thought when I first came across the recipe. They are seriously delicious. I had one when they first came out of the oven with a glass of milk (obviously milk goes wonderfully with Oreo’s) and I was in heaven!
